BOOKING POLICIES

If you have had previous semi-permanent make up performed by another artist, please submit a clear picture prior to booking an appointment. We first have to make sure we can achieve the best result for you over the previous pigment colour and shape.  A general rule is to have a 70% fade to avoid correction or removal.

BOOKING FEE

Appointments require a $150 non-refundable booking fee to confirm your procedure. This is a standard policy in the PMU industry, so the artist can schedule and organize their studio time. This fee is deducted from your amount owing on the day of your procedure.

RESCHEDULING

Due to the length of your appointment (3 hours)  precare required,  it is extremely difficult to reschedule clients.  There is a one time rescheduling option.  If urgent, please allow a minimum of 3 business days to allow the artist an opportunity to fill the gap in their schedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The $150 booking fee will be forfeited for any cancellations outside the policy.  No shows and late arrivals beyond 15 minutes are subject to 50% of the service.
