Before Care:
Half of the PMU success is client controlled by keeping your skin hydrated and healthy by following these essential steps prior to your appointment:
For best results, we recommend the following:
Must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
Do not consume alcohol, or blood thinners (tylenol is ok) aspirin, Advil, ibuprofen, caffeine, Niacin, fish/primrose oil, 24 hours before your procedure.
Coffee or caffeine before your appointment
Avoid the following facial procedures 3 to 4 weeks before:
Covid Vaccine or Flu shot can interfere with results, so must be after 4 week along with Botox and/or fillers
Chemical peels (Glycolic, Pumpkin, Alpha Hydroxy, Salicylic Acid)
Laser Facials, both ablative and non-ablative, including Fraxel, Co2, and IPL laser treatments
Exfoliation and retinol product (actives)
Brow growth serum
Do not complete the following cosmetic procedures prior to your brow tattoo:
Brow waxing/shaping (2 days in advance)
Brow tinting (1 week in advance)
Avoid sun/ tanning bed exposure for 3 weeks BEFORE and AFTER your procedure. As your skin exfoliates from a tan or sunburn and could result in pigment fade
Stay hydrated, moisturized and gently exfoliate brow areas with gentle cleanser on the week of your appointment
Pause Fish oil supplements for 2 weeks as they can thin the blood

After Care:
Follows these essential instructions after your appointment
Day 1: Wipe the brows 4-5 times with a cotton round and the wash provided by your artist.
Day 2: Wipe the brows 3 times: morning midday evening.
Days 3-5: Leave brows alone, allow them to dry up (during that time no makeup, creams or water on or around the brow) until day 10.
Day 5 : Apply balm one time per day x per day AND Apply A THIN LAyer in the morning/ EVENING until all the skin has completed peeling.
What to Expect/ What is normal
Days 1-5: Brows will appear darker and thicker. Scabbing forms over the strokes to protect the area while healing.
Days 5-9: As the scabs start coming off, they may appear patchy (be patient, it’s just a few days, the balm will help with the flaking and itching).
Day 9-12: The pigment under may look light or milky due to a thin layer of skin turnover. This is completely normal.
Days 12-21: The pigment will “come back” (bloom) once the thin layer of surface skin heals. The brows will appear darker.
Absolutely NO PICKING any area of the brow / skin!
